CREATURES ~ BIG & SMALL

I grew up watching television shows about wildlife in Africa, animal documentaries from around the world, and shows where animals were the stars of the show (some even talked). I always loved going to zoos (although I did want to set them free; I still do.)

All this means is that I’ve always loved watching creatures ~ big & small ~ and wondering what they are thinking or why they behave in a certain manner. It fascinates me.

And now, I get to study them through the lens. Photographing animals takes patience, as well as an understanding of how each species lives so that you can capture them, and their relationships with each other, at the very best times.

It makes me happy to share with you some of my encounters with God’s beautiful creatures (and this includes bugs which are extremely interesting when you get down to their size).
